This assessment helps identify the amount, type, and intensity of support needed across various domains of daily living - and is crucial for ensuring that care services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, promoting their independence and quality of life.
You will primarily work remotely from your home office and occasionally be required to travel to in-person meetings in the local region - including Moscow, Letah County and the surrounding counties.
