You will develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's goals and mentor junior attorneys to maintain high-quality work.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex labor and employment matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each client's goals.
• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law issues with practical guidance.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in dispute resolution.
• Mentor and lead legal team members while maintaining high client service standards.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication.
• Contribute to business development and broader firm initiatives.
