Orionplacement is seeking a senior litigation attorney to take ownership of a diverse civil caseload from strategy through resolution. You will handle business, property, employment, and personal injury matters, drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and discovery.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with business, property, employment, or personal injury litigation.
• Strong litigation writing, motion practice, discovery, and deposition skills.
• Trial experience or substantial trial preparation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, clients, and competing priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse civil litigation caseload from strategy through resolution.
• Handle matters involving business, property, employment, or personal injury litigation.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop case strategy and provide clients with clear, practical guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Work directly with senior attorneys and team members while independently managing key case responsibilities.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge sharing across the litigation team.
