Job summary

Responsibilities include front-end instructional design, learning-objective development, storyboard creation, and SME collaboration to ensure NAVEDTRA-compliant materials. A Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum or training development.
• Experience translating technical requirements into instructional content and learning solutions.
• Strong scriptwriting and storyboard development skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end instructional design activities with Government SMEs.
• Transform technical information into structured instructional content.
• Develop learning objectives and map to NAVEDTRA standards.
• Write instructional scripts for interactive and web-based training.
• Develop detailed storyboards communicating content, interactions, graphics, and assessments.
• Collaborate with multimedia developers and government personnel throughout the lifecycle.
