Tobii Dynavox seeks a Regional AAC Content Reviewer to evaluate and culturally adapt AAC content for the Diné bizaad (Navajo) community. You will refine language accuracy, tailor content to local usage, and work with an internal AAC Content Developer to ensure evidence-based, regionally relevant materials.

This fully remote contractor role spans 8 weeks with weekly sessions across time zones, starting December 1, 2026, offering meaningful impact and competitive project-based compensation.

Competenze

• Substantial experience in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
• Native speaker of the target language with residence in the target region.
• Fluent written proficiency in the target language and English.
• Reliable communication via email and timely feedback.

Mansioni

• Edit and review AAC content for cultural accuracy, language/grammar use and regional relevance.
• Adapt phrasing, vocabulary, and content to reflect local usage norms and real-life communication needs.
• Provide expert review and insights from the perspective of the target regional AAC community.
• Collaborate with an internal AAC Content Developer during the core project phase.
• Deliver timely feedback during weekly remote review cycles.
