Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Customer Business Lead, Naturals, to drive selling efforts with key natural channel accounts. This remote role supports the Texas and Arizona regions, traveling up to 20% to customer sites.

You will lead cross-functional programs, manage multi-category portfolios and partner with HQ teams to align strategies and execution across the retailer landscape. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales/account management, strong analytical and relationship-building

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive sales/account management experience.
HQ account management experience with Whole Foods, Sprouts or similar natural channel customer.
Distributor management experience with UNFI and/or Kehe.
Strong analytical skills to drive business decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Build and manage profitable customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with category planners and stakeholders to tailor programs to customer strategies.
Develop and deliver sales plans, forecasts, and item introductions with KPI alignment.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for accurate forecasts and order management.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust strategies.
Manage trade funds within budget and optimize ROI of promotions.
