Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Natural Channel Sprouts & KEHE Customer Sales Lead to drive business plans across Sprouts Farmers Market and KEHE distributor in the Natural Channel. You will manage all Campbell’s Snacks categories and brands, partnering with distributors and broker networks to exceed volume, trade and share objectives.

This remote role requires 5–7+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7+ years sales experience, 2 years with Natural Channel customers preferred.
• Experience with e4 or comparable trade demand planning system.
• Financial acumen and trade fund management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytic and verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual operating plan for Sprouts Farmers Market and KEHE distributor.
• Monitor and update customers' business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with broker partners and internal teams to commercialize Natural Channel solutions.
• Manage KEHE distributor performance and relationships.
• Develop monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency.
