Job summary

VOLUX Lighting is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to identify and develop new national opportunities, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer relationships across the United States. You will represent the VOLUX Lighting brand and align with revenue and service quality goals.

The role requires deep experience in stage lighting and live events, a robust national network, and the ability to travel frequently while maintaining CRM discipline and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Stage Lighting, Live Events, Pro Audio, Video or LED.
• Established network of decision-maker relationships with national rental companies and production houses.
• Hands-on proficiency in programming moving light consoles and showing demos/shootouts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop nationwide business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Grow national accounts including rental companies, production houses, and venues.
• Maintain and expand customer base across accounts while avoiding overlap with regional coverage.
• Travel nationally for meetings, live demonstrations, and shootouts of products.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to achieve sales goals.
