Cardinal Health is seeking a leader for Meetings and Events to plan and execute national meetings and trade shows, aligning with business goals and attendee experience. You will be the SME for event management tech, guide teams, and drive efficiency through vendor partnerships.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate events, strong cross-functional leadership, CMP/Cvent familiarity, and up to 30% travel. This is a full-time remote nationwide position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in corporate meetings and trade shows highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
• Experience managing strategic programs, vendor relationships, or operational initiatives preferred.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred; Cvent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Leads the planning and execution of complex national meetings and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and attendee experience goals.
• Serves as the primary SME for national meetings and event management technology, providing guidance and training.
• Oversees programs, tools, processes, and vendor partnerships to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Manages strategic vendor relationships and improves service delivery and outcomes.
• Negotiates and tracks budgets, collaborating with stakeholders on budget management.
• Executes trade shows from tabletop to large booths and advises on contracts and booth layouts.
