Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Meetings and Events professional to plan and execute national meetings and trade shows, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor partnerships. You will serve as a subject matter expert on meetings technology and work with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.

The role supports COE initiatives, negotiates contracts, and travels up to 30% to oversee events and trade shows, from tabletop booths to large exhibitions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in corporate meetings and trade shows preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor relationships or operational programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads planning and execution of complex national meetings and events.
• Serves as the SME for national meetings and event management technology.
• Supports COE initiatives through oversight of programs, tools, processes, and vendors.
• Manages vendor relationships, monitors performance, and drives improvements.
• Negotiates and tracks budgets with internal stakeholders.
• Executes trade shows from tabletop to large booths.
