Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years' experience in corporate meetings and trade shows.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing strategic programs, vendor relationships, or operational initiatives.
• CMP certification preferred.
• Cvent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning and execution of complex national meetings and events.
• Serves as the primary SME for national meetings and event management technology.
• Supports COE initiatives through oversight of programs, tools, and vendors.
• Manages vendor relationships and programs to drive service excellence.
• Negotiates and tracks budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Executes trade shows from tabletop to large booths.
• Reviews contract terms and booth layouts for meetings and trade shows.
• Uses technology to manage meetings strategically.
• Supports day-to-day team operations.
