Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Director of Field Sales to lead a national client program and report to the Program Manager. You will guide the National Managers, coordinate field leadership, and drive execution of the client’s vision while building a strong leadership culture.

You will partner with clients at national and regional levels, secure resources, manage program budgets, and mentor leaders to achieve regional sales goals, with 30%+ travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years sales or business development experience.
• 3–5 years retail, client, or sales management experience.
• Extensive field leadership / sales management experience.
• High level proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to tell stories through digital media.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills; ability to lead key presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct contact for the client and ensure program needs are met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients on national and regional levels to align goals.
• Motivate, direct, and coordinate activities of leadership to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate field leadership to meet program goals and objectives.
• Identify and secure resources to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Coach/mentor team members and train in leadership techniques and policies.
• Communicate and manage program-level budget(s).
• Document all counseling and terminations accurately and timely.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
