Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Compliance Supervisor based in the United States to lead a centralized national team overseeing audit readiness, regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing administration, and operational controls within post-closing services.

You will collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external partners to identify control gaps, drive corrective actions, and implement standardized procedures across multiple states and business

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in title, escrow, settlement services, mortgage operations, compliance, audit, risk management, or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong understanding of post-closing operations, title, escrow, settlement processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating audits, handling regulatory inquiries, and maintaining compliance records.
• Familiarity with title insurance operations, FinCEN, OFAC, FIRPTA and notary requirements preferred.
• Understanding of trust accounting, shortage remediation, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills to improve controls and reduce risk.
• Experience handling escalations and maintaining service quality in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead a centralized national Audit & Compliance team and develop performance standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Oversee licensing requirements, notary commissions, and regulatory filings.
• Supervise fraud prevention, screening, investigations, and escalation handling with Legal and Risk teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Brand leadership, and other units to implement compliant processes and automation.
• Manage claims inquiries, subpoenas, and legal requests ensuring timely, accurate responses.
• Monitor financial controls, trust accounting, shortages, and reconciliation activities.
• Oversee centralized customer support and escalation management with defined response times.
• Develop SOPs, QA controls, and dashboards to monitor compliance trends.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in regulatory adherence.
