Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national data analytics efforts. You will gather and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefit data to support client decisions and renewals, working with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, best practices in analytics, and collaboration with producers, account teams, and carriers to improve client outcomes and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
