Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the benefits group. This role supports underwriting, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions with data-driven insights.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver actionable analytics, dashboards, and financial exhibits while promoting operational excellence and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data‑driven financial analysis
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution‑development skills
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to support client decisions and strategy.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly and effectively.
• Develop analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Utilize analytics tools to enhance client outcomes and operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts, Producers, and client teams to support objectives.
