Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics activities on a national scale. You will analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data, deliver insights to clients, and support pricing and funding analyses.

The role collaborates with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to drive client outcomes, renewals, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support national analytics activities, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Provide underwriting support with data-driven recommendations for pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver client insights to support risk assessment, trends, and program performance.
• Partner with Producers and Benefits teams to support renewals, proposals, and business development.
