Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead national data analytics initiatives. You will collect, interpret, and report on underwriting, claims, and financial data to guide client decisions and strategy.

Collaborating with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams, you will deliver insights for renewals and business development, and help optimize reporting, standards, and tools for better client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities on a national scale.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Provide data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Partner with Producers and Benefits teams by providing analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
