Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics activities and provide data-driven insights for underwriting, renewal negotiations, and client decision making.

You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver actionable analytics, dashboards, and financial exhibits that support growth and operational excellence across the nation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics or underwriting support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with client consulting and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead national analytics activities including data collection and reporting.
• Support underwriting evaluations and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights for client decisions and renewals.
• Develop dashboards and presentations communicating complex data.
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams, and clients.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
