Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead and support analytics across the benefits group. You will collect, analyze, interpret, and report data to support underwriting, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Excel/BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience in data analytics, underwriting support, and client consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
