Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the Benefits Group. You will collect, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data, delivering insights that support pricing, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

You will collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefit teams to drive data-driven outcomes, improve processes, and enhance client value on a national scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
