Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics activities on a national scale, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation. This role supports underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic decisions.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights, develop dashboards, and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience communicating complex data to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics activities to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, funding analyses.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, and financial data.
• Develop dashboards and financial exhibits for client presentations.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams.
• Provide data-driven insights to support client decisions and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and analytical procedures.
