Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics across IOA Benefits Group on a national scale. You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights that support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance/economics/statistics/actuarial-related field.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with underwriting concepts, funding, and healthcare pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data for client strategy.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
