DEWETRON seeks aDirector of Sales – North America to lead the sales organization across direct and indirect channels. You will report to the President of DEWETRON Inc. and guide a team including Outside Sales Managers, Key Account Manager, and Applications Engineers.

The role emphasizes a technically experienced sales leader capable of managing complex sales cycles, developing talent, and driving disciplined commercial execution. The position can be remote in the EST or CST time zone.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within a technical B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Managers, Key Account Manager, and Applications Engineers.
• Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and global teams to align opportunities with company goals.
• Support sponsor and growth initiatives across North America and with independent manufacturer representatives.
