Job summary

WTW is seeking a visionary Head of Reserving for North America to lead reservations growth across Bermuda, Canada, and the United States. You will drive strategy, governance, and execution, partnering with AI-enabled capabilities to deliver measurable client value and expand ICT’s market leadership.

You will build and mentor high-performing teams, manage senior client relationships, and negotiate complex contracts while aligning with regulatory expectations and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of actuarial and insurance industry experience.
• ACAS required, FCAS preferred, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, satisfying the Academy’s qualification standards for signing Statements of Actuarial Opinion.
• Experience leading reserving teams and a seasoned executive with client-facing roles.
