Job summary

Sumsub is seeking a Data Intelligence Product Manager (United States) to lead the North America Non-Doc Verification product line. You will drive strategy, coordinate releases, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Engineering to expand identity verification and data sources.

This remote, global team values accountability and impact. You will manage partner relationships, optimize costs, and champion go-to-market initiatives to grow revenue while protecting millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management focusing on KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity products.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Verification solutions.
• Fluent English; Spanish (B2-C2) a plus.
• Strong technical background to understand complex product concepts.
• Excellent partner/technology provider relationship management.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new database product releases and manage the portfolio of existing products.
• Manage integration partner relationships and continuously look for opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure ongoing reduction of database product costs and implement redundancy options.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to expand customer base, maximize revenue, and drive retention.
• Collaborate with Legal and Data Protection to navigate regulatory challenges.
• Work with Product Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies that drive adoption.
