Eastman, a global specialty materials company, seeks a North America Business Development Manager focusing on the US. This remote role requires building customer relationships, driving market activation, and managing the front-end funnel across the territory with 75%+ travel.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Application Development, Technical Services, Sales, and Product Management to craft value propositions and secure resources for customer segment offers and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Several years in business development or similar roles in a multinational company.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Opportunity Management tools.

• Generate and qualify targets aligned with the territory and Strategy to deliver growth.
• Drive market activation and build multi-contact customer relationships across US.
