Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor the Corporate Safety Programs across project locations. This fully remote role will work with project teams to enforce safety standards, train personnel, and ensure OSHA compliance.

The position requires extensive knowledge of electrical safety, NFPA 70e, and the ability to lead incident investigations. Responsibilities include developing site-specific safety plans, supervising safety training, and coordinating

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
• Safety certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST or CUSP (or working toward)
• Willing to travel 75%
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Through knowledge of NFPA 70e
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to accidents

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Corporate Safety Programs at various project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education for project personnel.
• Develop regional safety training through onsite, local, and LMS-based programs.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses; prepare reports.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and project management staff.
• Review and revise Electrical Safety Program documents to current standards.
