Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations. The role is fully remote and interviews will discuss location expectations.

The candidate will train staff in electrical safety, ensure OSHA compliance, and lead investigations of incidents while coordinating with subcontractors to uphold SOLV Energy safety standards.

Qualifications

• Safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years in solar safety.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or related field.
• Willing to travel 75%.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E.
• Ability to evaluate safety of operations and loss control.
• Ability to analyze company accident trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement corporate safety programs at project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance.
• Develop region-specific safety training through onsite and LMS.
• Lead investigation of incidents and near-misses.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors.
• Prepare regular accident report summaries.
• Update employees on safety requirement changes.
