Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of safety experience in solar or energy infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years in safety or safety-related roles with strong OSHA knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a safety representative across multiple project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education to site personnel.
• Develop, implement, and monitor regional safety plans and procedures.
• Inspect sites for OSHA compliance and manage incident investigations.
• Lead near-miss investigations and safety training programs with subcontractors.
• Coordinate safety programs with project teams and third-party verifiers.
• Maintain updated safety documentation and communicate changes to staff.
