Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across project locations. This role is fully remote and discusses location specifics during interview.

Key responsibilities include delivering electrical safety training, developing safety plans, inspecting sites for OSHA compliance, and leading incident investigations. Strong OSHA/NFPA70e knowledge and 75% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Certification such as CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP or pursuing certification.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety-related field.
• Willing to travel 75%
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Through knowledge of NFPA 70e
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control
• Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to accidents

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Corporate Safety Programs across project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Develop and implement job-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and safety performance indicators.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Develop regional safety training through onsite, local, and LMS platforms.
