Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a MV/HV Safety Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor the Corporate Safety Programs at various project locations. This fully remote role will discuss location expectations during interview and requires strong knowledge of electrical safety and OSHA guidelines.

You will train teams, develop safety plans, and lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, while ensuring compliance across national project sites. Travel up to 75% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST or CUSP required.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
• 5 years’ experience in safety or safety-related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education.
• Develop job-specific safety plans and procedures and ensure implementation.
• Inspect job sites for OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Lead investigations of accidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and training providers.
• Maintain updated information on safety requirements and industry best practices.
