Miaplaza, Inc. seeks a Music Curriculum Developer to design and produce engaging, standards-aligned music content for grades 6–12. You will work with subject experts, production and instructional staff to craft scripts, assessments and activities that support an immersive curriculum.

You will leverage Google Slides, Sheets and Docs to create, differentiate, and refine lessons, while collaborating with peers and meeting deadlines in a flexible, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a music-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time music classroom teaching at grades 6-12.
• Experience writing lesson objectives and aligned materials.
• Experience creating well-structured and effective lessons.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners and age-appropriateness.
• Proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop music educational content for grades 6-12 (video scripts, assessments, written materials).
• Ensure content is pedagogically sound, engaging, and accessible.
• Write clear, measurable lesson objectives and align materials to objectives.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with peers on curriculum development and give/receive feedback.
• Use Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs to create materials.
• Continuously evaluate and refine content based on outcomes.
