Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Music Curriculum Developer for a 100% remote position, within or outside the United States. The role focuses on designing music content for grades 6-12, including video scripts, assessments, and written activities, in collaboration with subject experts and the production team.

You will ensure content is pedagogically sound, age-appropriate, and accessible, with objectives clearly written and aligned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time music classroom teaching at 6-12
• Bachelor's degree in Education or music-related field
• Experience writing objective-aligned lesson materials and differentiating instruction
• Proven ability to design engaging, accessible lessons and collaborate with peers

Responsibilities

• Design and develop music content for grades 6-12 (video scripts, assessments, written materials)
• Ensure pedagogical soundness, age-appropriateness, and accessibility
• Write measurable lesson objectives and align materials to meet them
• Differentiate instruction to reach diverse student populations
• Collaborate with curriculum team and production staff and incorporate feedback
