The role emphasizes independent writing, collaboration with production and instructional coaches, and a feedback-oriented mindset. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time music teaching for grades 6-12.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or music-related field.
• Experience writing objectives and aligned lesson materials.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop music education content for grades 6-12 (video scripts, assessments, activities).
• Ensure pedagogical soundness, engaging and age-appropriate content.
• Write clear measurable lesson objectives aligned to standards.
• Use Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs to create materials.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse student needs.
• Continuously evaluate content based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with curriculum team and receive feedback on lessons.
