Job summary

RHEI, a remote North America posting, is seeking a Music Sales Specialist to lead new business with artists, from initial outreach to signed deals. You’ll build your own pipeline, pitch, negotiate, and close, focusing on artists who use Made and distribution/rights management deals.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience, ideally in music or SaaS.
Strong network of independent artists and their teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to own and hit pipeline targets in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

Sign artists to Made through existing/established connections and prospecting.
Sign artists to distribution and rights deals to monetize their catalog.
Own and consistently hit your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage a healthy pipeline: prospect, track follow-ups, and stay on top of leads.
Continuously look for new trends in music to approach as new sales targets.
Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective artist clients.
Leverage AI tools to find and prioritize artist prospects.
Other duties, as assigned by management.
