Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Multimedia Design Analyst/Course Registrar to develop and maintain interactive multimedia training content for an IMI development effort. This remote, full-time role emphasizes Articulate 360/Storyline, SCORM/xAPI, and accessible design aligned with Section 508 requirements.

The position also supports course registrar duties up to 25% of time, coordinating with SMEs, testers, and end-users, and publishing packages for Moodle-based LMS environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia design, instructional systems design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive training content incorporating multimedia elements, including videos, animations, graphics, and other interactive components.
• Develop, update, and maintain instructional storyboards and associated training materials.
• Create and maintain interactive courseware using tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Review and revise training content based on feedback from SME’s, testers, and end-users using Articulate Review 360.
• Publish and manage SCORM or xAPI packages through SCORM Cloud for integration with customer LMS environments, including ATIS Moodle.
• Ensure training content and multimedia deliverables meet applicable Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation supporting troubleshooting, content updates, and system improvements.
• Document defects, discrepancies, technical issues and support resolution as appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, test, and project management teams throughout the development and review process.
• Supports the review, testing, and quality assurance of instructional content and multimedia deliverables.
• Act as the direct administrative point of contact for unit training managers, key stakeholders, and incoming military students regarding course requirements and reporting instructions.
• Manage course seat reservations and quota allocations across the forces and unit training managers in coordination with quota managers.
• Maintain accurate, timely student attendance records in military systems of record (e.g., MilPDS).
• Works under only general direction.
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
