Visa Hunt is seeking a remote team member to handle inbound sales and support across designated countries and marketplaces. You will field product inquiries, ensure correct equipment recommendations, and provide Level 1 technical assistance.

You will translate manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting content, and contribute to Help Desk videos in the local language. The role requires multilingual fluency (English + local language), a reliable home workspace, strong communication skills, CRM

Qualifications

• Must be multi-lingual: fluent in English and local language of designated country/market.
• Owns a stable home/remote office space.
• Stable internet connection.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in each language.
• Typing 50+ words per minute.
• Experience with CRM technologies.
• Strong time management and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospects with product questions.
• Identify proper product/equipment to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with printer installation questions.
• Assist customers with printer troubleshooting questions.
• Translate product manuals and FAQ pages.
• Translate troubleshooting pages and record Help Desk videos.
• Handle shipping address conflicts when necessary.
• Notify customers of product compatibility issues when needed.
• Encourage customer reviews.
• Collaborate with sales & support teams for business development.
• Other duties as assigned.
