10ML is seeking a customer support specialist who speaks multiple languages to help customers select perfumes, answer order questions, and provide warm service. The role emphasizes fast, clear communication in English and native languages, with a focus on ecommerce support and accurate record-keeping.

Remote work is offered across the EU (or Dortmund office if preferred). You will collaborate with fulfilment and carriers, contribute to help center improvements, and receive a generous learning

Qualifications

• Native-level German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Dutch, plus fluent English.
• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce.
• Clear, friendly writing and the patience to get things right.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer emails and messages in your native language and in English, quickly and warmly.
• Help customers find perfumes they will love: notes, longevity, occasions and sizes.
• Resolve order, delivery and payment questions with fulfilment and carriers.
• Spot common questions and suggest fixes to the help centre, site copy and processes.
• Keep customer records accurate in the help desk and the order system.
