Scento is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to respond to customers by email and chat in multiple languages, including English. You will help with orders, delivery, and perfume sizes, and provide tailored recommendations from a large catalogue.

Qualifications

• Native French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish plus fluent English.
• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or beauty.
• Warm, precise writing and a genuine interest in perfume.

Responsabilités

• Help Scento's customers by email and chat in your native language and in English.
• Answer questions on orders, delivery, perfumes and sizes, from 2 ml, 5 ml and 8 ml vials to the 30 ml bottle on most perfumes.
• Recommend perfumes with real expertise, drawing on a catalogue of more than 1,000 originals.
• Turn tricky cases into happy customers with calm, creative problem solving.
• Share customer feedback with the team so products and processes keep improving.
• Keep the help centre in your language accurate and easy to read.
