Qualifications

• Native-level German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Dutch, plus fluent English.
• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce.
• Clear, friendly writing and the patience to get things right.
• Comfort with help-desk tools and online shop back offices.
• Genuine interest in perfume (training on the 10ML catalogue is provided)

Responsabilités

• Answer customer emails and messages in your native language and in English, quickly and warmly.
• Help customers find perfumes they will love: notes, longevity, occasions and sizes.
• Resolve order, delivery and payment questions with fulfilment and carriers.
• Spot common questions and suggest fixes to the help centre, site copy and processes.
• Keep customer records accurate in the help desk and the order system.
