Stotler Hayes Group, LLC operates as a national law firm with a fully remote practice model and a distributed team across the United States. We seek a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more jurisdictions (IN, NC, SC, VA) to join our nationwide practice and handle matters from home.

You will independently manage cases, develop legal strategies, and maintain ongoing communications with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• High level of organization, time management, and personal accountability.
• Persistent, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, administrative agencies, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals; agreements and security instruments.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
