The attorney will manage cases end-to-end, work autonomously from home or co-working spaces, and collaborate with a centralized operations team nationwide.

This role emphasizes purposeful, client-focused advocacy, long-term growth within a supportive firm, and adherence to regular U.S.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on facts and analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
