Stotler Hayes Group, LLC is seeking a Multi-State Associate Attorney to join our fully remote practice. The ideal candidate will be actively licensed in two or more of CMA, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA and will work with our national team from home offices or co-working spaces.

You will independently manage cases from intake through resolution, develop legal strategies, and communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states (CMA, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on investigation and analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
