Stotler Hayes Group, LLC is a small to mid-size law firm with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. We seek a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in at least two states and comfortable working from a home office.

The role emphasizes independent case management, strategic advocacy, and collaborative remote teamwork across time zones. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 DOE, with bonuses for productivity.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• High level of organization, time management, and personal accountability.
• Willingness to travel for in-person hearings and firm events.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
