The role is well-suited for a self-directed attorney who values purpose and impact, with long-term growth within a supportive structure.

The firm offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 DOE, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and opportunities for increased responsibility.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• High level of organization and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on research and facts.
• Maintain communications with courts, agencies, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals; draft agreements.
• Appear at hearings and trials as needed.
