Job summary

A small to mid-size law firm is seeking a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more states. This fully remote position requires managing cases and developing legal strategies. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor, at least 3 years of experience, and strong advocacy skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.
• Ability to travel for in-person hearings and firm events.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on investigation and analysis.
• Maintain communications with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings and agreements.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
