Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably multi-site.
• Experience supervising onsite teams and driving occupancy.
• Strong understanding of leasing, renewals, delinquency, and maintenance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring company standards are met.
• Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, and expense monitoring.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise maintenance and vendor performance with focus on safety and compliance.
• Travel between communities for multi-site oversight and training.
