Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Director of Operations to direct manufacturing operations for three or more harvesting sites, coaching site plant managers, and overseeing multi-site P&L, safety, quality, and production.

This role emphasizes cost control, continuous improvement, scheduling, and strong leadership, with 50-75% travel supporting plants in Lakeview OR, Oak Grove TX, Tooele UT, and Coal Creek ND; preferred locations include UT, OR, IL, ND or TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 2–5 years' experience as a Plant Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with budgets and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for multiple sites and coach site plant managers.
• Manage profitability, safety, quality, productivity, and training.
• Lead lean deployment, cost reduction, and performance measures.
• Develop leadership through coaching, training, and development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and capital investment strategies.
