The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in chemical or steel industries. Responsibilities include compliance with regulatory requirements, employee development, and leading continuous improvement efforts. Competitive salary of $210-235K with a 30% bonus and stock options available.

Formación

• 10-15+ years of manufacturing experience in chemical, refinery, oil, gas, iron, or steel industries.
• Proven multi-site leadership and experience with over 1500 employees.
• Experience in plant transformation and organizational design.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for compliance with regulatory requirements and EHS performance.
• Develop and mentor future leaders across 33 manufacturing sites.
• Promote continuous improvement and provide leadership.
