Job summary

DataSpring is seeking an Office Manager, Multi-Site Operations to oversee two US locations (Washington, DC and Louisville, KY) and ensure efficient, safe, and professional workplace operations in a remote, exempt role.

Reporting to the VP, Business Operations, you will lead facilities management, vendor relationships, budget oversight, and employee services while coordinating with IT, Legal, Finance and People & Culture. Travel up to 25% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Operations, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
• Experience leading multiple office locations and cross-functional workplace operations.
• Experience with vendors, budgets, contracts, and workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two office locations with consistent service delivery and employee support.
• Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and budget administration.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, space planning, and office moves across sites.
• Ensure safe, functional, welcoming office environments and incident response.
• Support executive visits, meetings, and high-profile events.
